Okay. So you all know about Kameron Franklin, celebrated author of Maiden of Pain.
But have you checked out Jaliegh Johnson, Ed Gentry, and Erik Scott de Bie?
All three are working on new Wizards novels, books that will deepen and broaden the scope of the Forgotten Realms. A good sleuth could pick up quite a bit hanging out around their sites.

Morgan Freeman Organizes Charity Cookbook
Proceeds for the book, scheduled to be published in 2006, will go to the Grenada Relief Fund, a charity Freeman helped set up after Hurricanes Ivan and Emily ravaged the small Caribbean island last year.
Hey, you have a great blog here! I'm definitely going to bookmark you!
I have a changing your life site/blog. It pretty much covers changing your life related stuff.
Come and check it out if you get time :-)
Yeah -- spam. Go figure.
I was tempted to put a fake spam message with: "Check it out! Erik de Bie's site! YAY!" But that would be silly. ;)
Thanks for the mention!
Heh...
Actually that would have been the best comment yet. :) Never second guess those sorts of inspirations. :)

Can't you restrict anonymous posting? Been a while since I used Blogger. You could also try disabling traceback pinging.
Thanks Saurus. Good work H.

Kam,
I can at least turn off anonymous posting, but then everyone will need a blogger account to post.
For now, since blogger seems to shut the spammers down quickly, I'm plannning to weather the occasional spam.
That would be nice. I don't have account (and I usually lurk anyway), but I like the ability to post now and then.
