Hey Ma, look what we did.
Not quite an ad, not quite a review. Without seeing the original I'm not sure what this. An "industry news" column, maybe?
Anyhow, we're in Dragon Magazine #349. For a non-WotC product, that's pretty cool. The writer they quote sounds pretty stupid, but he'll know better next time. ;)
Thanks to A for the heads up on the article and the scan.

That's pretty wicked Harley, good show.
Speaking of shows, you keep good company on that page, as I'm sure I'm not alone in my 80's nostalgia in seriously wanting to pick up that DVD boxed set of the D&D cartoon.
So anyone looking at that piece of gaming-inspired past, might well be inspired by your glimpse of gaming future. (Which is ironic, since DCC #35 is a return to an old school feel for D&D.)

We're sharing space with Dungeon Master, Uni, a pit fiend, and the Lord of Blades. :)
I always had the hots for Shiela. Rowr. I bet Venger was just trying to get close enough to ask her out on a date.
Interestingly enough, the guy who voiced Venger himself went on to become the voice of Eeyore. Wacky.
In other entertaining news, Mark Evanier (scribe and other assorted tasks from 'Groo the Wanderer' fame) had a heavy hand in it. Wacky indeed.

Fixed your typo. :)

Saurus, how do you know these things?

Thanks. Now I'm picturing Venger with Eeyore's voice. :P
"Oh, Shadow Demon ... it doesn't matter anyway. Those kids will just spoil our plans ... and we'll lose. A-gain."
Heh. Nice one Mike. While I stand by my statement that the internet is just a fad, it is a treasure trove of wacky facts.
In other news, since H got his implant, does that mean he's a T-100? If we see Cyberdyne Systems pop up in Carbondale, I'm scared.
